The U.S. House of Representatives today passed the the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act (EESA). The legislation provides a bail out to the troubled U.S. financial markets. The legislative package includes extension of the federal tax credit for energy efficient homes. The legislation extends the credit through December 31, 2009.
